Rajat Agarwal, IAS, as Sr. Vice Chairman / Director on the Board of our company in place of Ms. Shruti Singh, IAS as per the provisions of the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the company w.e.f. 25th April, 2018 under Regulation 30(2) under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR.
