i. The Board has approved Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2018, a copy of which is enclosed.
ii. The Board has recommended a dividend @ Rs 3.50 (350%) per equity share for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2018 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
