The copy of the notice will be sent to you in due course.
Pursuant to the Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 22, 2018 to Friday, September 28, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM and determining the names of the eligible Members for equity dividend.
The dividend, if approved by the Members at the ensuing AGM, will be paid on or after October 3, 2018. |
