3. Took note of declaration (Unmodified Opinion on Standalone & modified opinion on Consolidated Audited Financial Results) pursuant to SEBI circular no: CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated 27thMay, 2016
4. Recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.10 (5%) per Equity share of Rs.2/- each for the FY 2017-18
