This is to inform you that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the shares of Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited shall remain closed from Friday, 4th day of May, 2018 to Thursday, 10th day of May, 2018 (both days inclusive) as the Board meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 9th day of May, 2018 to consider and approve inter alia Consolidated Financial Results and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2018. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
