| Exchange Received Time 27/04/2018 14:17:00 Exchange Disseminated Time 27/04/2018 14:17:05 Time Taken 00:00:05 | This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has proposed dividend of Rs. 12/- (Rupees Twelve) per Equity Share for the year ended March 31, 2018 at their meeting held on April 27, 2018, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General meeting (AGM) to be held on July 27, 2018.
Accordingly the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book shall remain closed from July 14, 2018 to July 20, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders to receive dividend.
After the approval by the AGM, date for payment of dividend will be on or after August 01, 2018.
