Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for 'Designated Persons' from Friday, March 23, 2018 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of the financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2018 to the Stock Exchanges.
Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
