| Exchange Received Time 16/03/2018 11:39:16 Exchange Disseminated Time 16/03/2018 11:39:25 Time Taken 00:00:09 | NSE, the Designated Exchange for the purpose of the Rights Issue of the Company, on 15/03/18, approved the basis of allotment, pursuant to which the Securities Issuance Committee in its meeting held on 16/03/18, which commenced at 10:20AM & concluded at 11:25AM, approved the allotment of 82,948,313 Partly paid up Equity Shares of the Company, of face value of Rs.2 each at a price of Rs.240 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs.238), on rights basis, to the eligible applicants, who have subscribed in the Rights Issue. The Company has received an amount of Rs.60 per Partly paid up Equity Share (including a premium of Rs.59.50). The balance Rs.180 (including a premium of Rs.178.50) per Equity share shall be payable in three tranches. For details, pls refer attachment.
With this, the paid-up capital stands increased to Rs.926,256,160.50 divided into 442,391,002 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs.2 each and 82,948,313 partly paid up Equity Shares, of Rs.2 each, paid up Re.0.50 each.
