Hence, in this regard, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Resolution Professional on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 has considered and taken on record the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results (Provisional) (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th September 2018.
A copy of Limited Review Report on the said results, in the prescribed format, issued by the Auditors of the company is also enclosed.
