| Exchange Received Time 05/11/2018 13:17:01 Exchange Disseminated Time 05/11/2018 13:17:10 Time Taken 00:00:09 | In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that there was a fire accident at one of the plant of the Company situated at 192, Devikhera Road, Akrampur Industrial Area, Akrampur, Unnao, U.P. 209801 on Sunday, November 04, 2018, at around 08.00 A.M. in the morning. This plant produces Tortilla Chips, Ready to Eat Popcorn, Extruded Snacks and Centre filled Cereal Snacks.
Fortunately, there has been no loss or injury to human life. The Company is in the process of ascertaining the actual loss caused by the fire and have already informed to the Insurance Company of the same. The assets damaged by the fire are adequately covered by insurance. The Company is taking adequate steps to ensure re-functioning of the plant at the earliest.
