LLP submitted their resignation as Statutory Auditors of the company with effect from today. Copy of the Statutory Auditor's resignation letter is attached herewith.
We were informed during a discussion with them that they are carrying out an internal restructuring consequent to which they are unable to continue as Statutory Auditors. Further, Haribhakti & Co. LLP have completed their audit and submitted the audit report for the financial year 2017-18. They have tendered their resignation post the completion of audit for financial year 2017-18, to enable the incoming auditor to audit from the first quarter of the financial year 2018-19.
M/s Haribhakti & Co. LLP vide their letter dated 15th June 2018, conveyed their No Objection in appointing another Statutory Auditor of the company for the financial year 2018-19 and onwards.
