We have received your e-mail dt. 22.06.2018 concerning non submission of reconciliation of Profit and Loss and reconciliation equity and declaration on unmodified on auditors report alongwith Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2018, under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulation, 2015.
In this regard we would like to state that in point no. 9 (b) of result mention that no change/impact on net profit/loss, hence not made reconciliation table for net profit/loss.
Further inrespect of your e-mail we are submitting herewith reconciliation of Profit and Loss and reconciliation equity and declaration on unmodified on auditors report on Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2018, under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulation, 2015.
