Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from the close of business hours of July 16, 2018 and shall open 48 hours after the information becomes generally available for approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018.
