The said Results will be considered by the Board of Directors at its Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 26th April, 2018. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
