| Exchange Disseminated Time 09/05/2018 17:32:32 | International Combustion India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 23, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Annual Audited Financial Results (both Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018 as well as the recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2017-18.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor And Report Trading by Insiders framed as required under the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed during the period from May 10, 2018 to May 25, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, designated employees, Auditors and their dependents on account of consideration of the above price-sensitive matters at the aforementioned Board Meeting of the Company. |
