We wish to inform that Spice Digital Limited (SDL), a subsidiary of the Company, has divested its entire equity stake of 49% in Adgyde Solutions Private Limited ('Adgyde'), pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement entered into by them.
Consequently, Adgyde has ceased to be an Joint Venture and associate of SDL.
