1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2018.
2. To recommend dividend, if any on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18.
Further, the trading window shall remain close for the Directors/Designated Employees and their relatives from date of this latter till two working days after the date of declaration of result i.e. from May 21, 2018 to May 31, 2018 (both the days
