1. Enhanced the power of the Borrowing Committee.
2. Enhanced the power of the Investment and Lending Committee.
3. Enhanced the power of the Business Development and Administration Committee.
4. Considered and approved the general Corporate matters with respect to the newly incorporated wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company i.e. to invest the funds as a part of promoter contribution and approval of draft EPC Contract to be entered with said Companies etc.
5.Any other matter with the permission of chair .
Considered and approved the resignation of Shri Vaibhav Rawat, Chief Financial officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
The Board has accepted his resignation and the Chairman thanked to Shri Vaibhav Rawat for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure and wish him the very best in all his future endeavors.
