Closure of Trading Window:
In accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of dividend, if any, and Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from April 30, 2018 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). |
