| Exchange Received Time 12/08/2018 21:07:22 Exchange Disseminated Time 12/08/2018 21:07:26 Time Taken 00:00:04 | | We wish to inform you that MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited ('MEP') has received a letter Ref No. ADC/TT/HQ/2018/D-432 dated August 8, 2018 from the Office of the Director Local Bodies (Toll Tax Department) ('DLB') informing that in compliance with of orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated August 22, 2016 and directions of EPCA & Government of Delhi, the SDMC is in the process to install Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) System through its selected concessionaire- M/s. Tecsidel India Pvt Ltd-GHV(India) Pvt. Ltd. at 13 border toll road entry points (covering 65 toll lanes) to National Territory of Delhi on EPC mode. In line with the above, in order to get work to be executed at an extraordinary rapid pace the SDMC ordered to MEP to suspend Collection of Toll Tax from any of the specified commercial vehicle between the period August 9, 2018 (6.00 hrs) to September 13, 2018 (23.59 hours) i.e. 36 days, the period set for completion of installation of RFID work. |
