Final Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2017-18.
The Board of Directors in their meeting held on today has recommended payment Final of dividend @R5.1.201-per equity share of Rs.2/-each on the paid-up Equity Shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Company has already paid Interim Dividend of Rs.l.401-per share of Rs.2/-each in April, 2018, making a total dividend of Rs.2.60 per share (13% of face value) for Financial Year 2017-18.
The dividend on Equity shares recommended, if approved by the Shareholders of the Company, shall be paid on or before 20th August, 2018 to those shareholders whose names appearing in the Register if Members as on 9th August, 2018. |
