With reference to the above Code of Conduct, the Company hereby declares that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 10th October, 2018 till Monday, 29th October, 2018 on account of the forthcoming Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, 26th October, 2018 to consider the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2018.
