Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company's is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 25th July, 2018, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018 and other businesses.
Further, in pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 14th July, 2018 to 28th July, 2018 (both days inclusive).
