he Company is in advance stage to get the sanction for the remaining HAM projects to achieve the financial closure within the specified time period of the Concession agreement.
Further, as per Company''s Code of conduct of Prevention of insider trading and pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall be closed from June 29, 2018 to July 3, 2018 (both days inclusive).
