| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/05/2018 16:33:22 | GEE Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2018, inter alia:
1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 and
2. Recommending dividend for the financial year 2017-18, if any.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will remain close between May 22, 2018 to June 01, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on June 02, 2018. Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company has been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. |
