We wish to inform you that the Committee of Directors of the Company ('Committee') at its meeting held today i.e., March 8, 2018, has allotted 10,78,10,899 Equity Shares to Larsen & Toubro Limited, the Promoter of the Company at the issue price of Rs. 185.51 per Equity Share (including a share premium of Rs. 175.51 per Equity Share), aggregating to Rs. 1999,99,99,873.49 (Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Crore Ninety Nine Lakhs Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Three and Forty Nine Paise).
The meeting of the Committee commenced at 9:45 A.M. and concluded at 10:00 A.M.
