This is to inform you that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. on Saturday the 28th day of July 2018 allotted 24000 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash, at an exercise price of Rs. 200/- per share to the employees (including one Whole Time Director but excluding Independent Directors) of the Company who have exercised their stock options under Steel Strips Wheels Ltd. Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2016 (ESOS 2016). These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
With the said allotment, the Issued and Paid up Capital of the Company increased from Rs. 155562700/- to Rs. 155802700/- comprising 15580270/- equity shares of Rs. 10/-each.
