Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has decided not to opt for additional submission of quarterly / year to date consolidated financial results in the first quarter of the financial year 2018-19 and this option shall not be changed during the financial year 2018-19.
However, the Company will submit annual audited consolidated financial results along with annual Standalone audited financial results for the financial year 2018-19.
