| Exchange Received Time 15/02/2018 15:51:23 Exchange Disseminated Time 15/02/2018 15:51:29 Time Taken 00:00:06 | With reference to our earlier letter dated 23rd November, 2017, we would further like to inform that the Company has executed a Limited Liability Partnership Agreement with Metzerplas Cooperative Agricultural Organization Ltd ('Metzerplas') dated 14th February 2018, to jointly carry out business activities in the field of micro-irrigation. The Company will hold 50% Partnership Interest in the LLP (yet to be incorporated). The Company holds rights as customary in such transactions, including on veto matters.
Metzerplas is not a related party to the Company, and this transaction is not a related party transaction for the Company.
