In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that -
1. the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company in their meetings held on 17.05.2018 have recommended the appointment of BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 101248W/W-100022) as Statutory Auditors of the Company, in place of the existing Statutory Auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 015125N), for a period of five years from the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 7.8.2018 to the conclusion of 52nd Annual General Meeting. This appointment shall be in compliance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 for mandatory rotation of auditors.
