| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/04/2018 17:35:19 | Hindustan Composites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 08, 2018, inter alia, to consider the following matters:
1. The Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018;
2. The Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2018; and
3. To recommend the payment of dividend for that year, if any.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from April 28, 2018 to May 10, 2018 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Specified Persons as defined in the Code. |
