1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Resuits for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2018.
2. Consider and approve the Audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
3. Consider and recommend the dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for Directors/Officers/Designated employees of the Company from April 09, 2018 until the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on April 16, 2018. |
