Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Fair Trade Practices and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from the 26th Day of July 2018 till the 12th Day of August 2018 (Both days inclusive).
The results will be declared on the conclusion of the meeting.
