Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, please note that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 22nd September 2018 to Friday, 28th September 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.
Further, please note that dividend of Re.0.50 (i.e. 5%) per equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up of the Company, as recommended by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 21st May 2018, if approved at the forthcoming AGM of the Company, would be credited/ dispatched to the shareholders between 1st October 2018 to 26th October 2018. |
