This is in continuation to our letter Ref. No. FHL/SEC/STEX/RR/2018-19 dated April 16, 2018 whereby, it was informed that the Board of Directors of Fortis Healthcare Limited ('the Company') have received an unsolicited non-binding expression of interest from IHH Healthcare Berhad ('IHH') for possible due diligence and participation with the Company.
It is hereby informed that the Company today, has received a supplemental proposal from IHH. As informed earlier, the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on April 19, 2018 to consider all options.
We will keep the stock exchanges updated/informed in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
