a) consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter / year ended March 31, 2018 and
b) consider recommending dividend, if any for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
We wish to further state that, in above connection the trading window of the Company will remain closed for the period from April 30, 2018 to May 9, 2018.
