Pursuant to Regulation 42(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Record Date for payment of interim dividend, if declared by the Board in the above meeting, shall be 2nd April 2018.
Further, please note that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all directors, key managerial persons, designated persons and the connected persons with effect from 14th March 2018 to 23rd March 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of interim dividend. |
