1. To consider the Sub-Division of the Face Value of Equity Shares of the Company and such other related matters;
2. To consider seeking approval of the Members of the Company through Postal Ballot process for the above referred item 1, if approved.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading” of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from March 06, 2018 to March 25, 2018 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Persons as defined in the Code. |
