The Board of Directors approved and adopted the Quarterly un-audited financial results with Limited Review report for the First Quarter ended on 30.06.2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015.
The Board has requested Company secretary, Ms. Amiksha Bhatiwara to reconsider her resignation and the same is put on hold till further notice. |
