Deodhar, both belongs to Promoter and Promoter Group.
Further to inform that, Shareholders Agreement dated July 20, 2000 and the Supplementary Agreement dated February 12, 2012 executed by and between the parties hereto shall stand terminated irrevocably with effect from execution of this Termination Agreement and said two agreements be of no further force or in effect. |
