Further, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Company's securities shall remain closed from July 26, 2018 till August 08, 2018 (both days inclusive) due to the above, in terms of Clause 6(2) of the ''Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities' framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
