Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from 7th August, 2017 to 16th August, 2018 (both days inclusive).
