Further, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Company's securities shall remain closed from 26th July, 2018 till 12th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) due to the above, in terms of Clause 6(2) of the ''Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities' framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
