We had vide our letter No. SEC/BD/SE/ dated 9/6/2018 intimated the Exchange about receipt of an Interim Order dated 7/6/2018 from Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), imposing a financial disincentive of Rs.2,05,32,000/- (inclusive of GST of Rs.31,32,000/-) due to violation of certain statutory provisions of Aadhaar Act, 2016 and its Regulations by (n)Code Solutions - IT Division of the company.
The Interim Order was examined in detail and in order to amicably resolve the issue, the company has made full payment of financial disincentive on 15/6/2018, imposed by UIDAI.
We once again reiterate that there is no material impact of the said payment on the financial position of the company.
