1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter/Year ended 31st March 2018;
2. And such other matters with the permission of Chairperson and Board of Directors.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders & to all such persons, the code of conduct of insider trading is applicable, as defined in the Code of the Company, closed from May 24, 2018 to June 01, 2018 (both days inclusive).
