Rolta India Limited and certain of its international subsidiaries (the 'Group') has informed the ad hoc committee ('Ad Hoc Committee') of holders of its US$300,000,000 8.875% Senior Notes Due 2019 and US$200,000,000 10.75% Senior Notes due 2018 (together the 'Senior Notes') that due to unforeseen circumstances the Group will be unable to perform its obligations under the Second Restructuring Support Agreement entered into on 17 July 2018 (the 'Second RSA') among the Group and the Ad Hoc Committee. As a consequence, the Group expects the Ad Hoc Committee to terminate the Second RSA.
