Pursuant to the provisions of section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the applicable rules framed thereunder and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for Equity shares of the company will remain closed from Saturday, 22nd September, 2018 to Friday, 28th September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
