1. The audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018.
2. To discuss any other matters with approval of the Chairman.
Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the Trading Window of the Company is closed for Designated Person (as defined in the Code) from 22nd May, 2018 till the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the financial for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018.
