| Exchange Received Time 09/07/2018 13:54:13 Exchange Disseminated Time 09/07/2018 13:54:21 Time Taken 00:00:08 | With reference to the captioned subject and in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that, the Company has received the letter from Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Transport Bhawan, New Delhi ('the Authority') dated July 3, 2018 received by the Company on July 7, 2018, stating that the work has to be carried out as per RFP, which shall be part of the contract and the revised estimate has been necessitated due to increase of length of NH's from 5800 KM to 7763 KM. ( covering NH length in Maharashtra as 7477 Km, NH length in Goa as 255 km, NH length in Dadara Nagar Haveli as 31 km)
Upon which the estimated cost (Rs. In Crore) stands as Rs. 27.56 crores being the revised cost against the original sanction of Rs. 20.67 Crores.
