Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the following, duly signed:-
1)Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30 June, 2018 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors' thereon.
2)Un-Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30 June, 2018 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors' thereon.
The meeting commenced at 11.30 a.m. and the agenda relating to Financial Results was approved by the Board at 12.40 p.m. The Board meeting continues for discussing other agenda items. |
